...and Crazy Uncle Sidd and Auntie Swati. This Thanksgiving we decided to spend it with our family in Tucson. It was so nice to spend a week with everyone, especially in such a beautiful place as Tucson. While we were there we got to relax by the pool, go for morning walks in Sabino Canyon, and go hiking on Mount Lemmon. Unfortunately we didn't get to catch up too much on sleep since Taj stayed on EST and woke up daily at 4 and 5am. Thankfully Daadaa (Grandpa) took him for us so that we could try and sleep in a little.
It was also very special since it was the first Thanksgiving for Sapna and Swati. The only turkey we saw was the wild turkeys in the mountains. Instead we had mutton, chicken and lasagna. Our spread was quite impressive thanks to Sapna. R and I tried to help out and provide some traditional food like pumpkin pie. I will say that the gulab jamun (think munchkin donuts soaked in sugary syrup) went much faster.

Taj LOVED looking out the window of the plane. To keep him occupied we also let him rip up the free magazine they provide. Whatever keeps the baby happy, keeps the Mommy happy!

When we arrived Sapna blessed all 3 of us when we entered the house. When seeing R's beard, they couldn't keep from dressing him up like a rajah.
Taj also got dressed up
